La Petite Villa Jaune is a fully renovated villa with a private pool, set in a secure estate near the historic village of Grimaud. You’ll find restaurants for every taste, two bakeries, a grocery store, wine bars, and art galleries nearby. Grimaud’s market is held on Thursdays; Saint-Tropez, just 10 km away, hosts its market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The famous Pampelonne Beach and its many beach clubs are also close. The villa is modern and elegantly furnished. All rooms are on one level, bright, and comfortable. The living room features a fireplace for cozy winter evenings and a spacious lounge area with TV and audio system. The adjoining dining area opens fully to the outdoors through large glass doors, creating the feel of a covered terrace. Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200 cm), and the third has two single beds (80x200 cm). One bathroom is en suite, the second is shared, and there is a separate guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. A laundry room with washer-dryer and a large fridge-freezer ensures optimal comfort, especially in summer. Set on landscaped grounds within a gated residence, the villa offers beautiful views of Grimaud’s medieval castle and sunsets from the covered pool house, where you’ll find a lounge area and a table for six. The pool measures 7 x 3 m (1.5 m deep). The estate is located along the Route Nationale, a main road providing quick and easy access to the coast and surrounding villages, making it convenient to explore the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
